Hi Folks;
I need some tips to get rid premature gray hair especially in women.

Prevent it or hide it?

Prevent it - don't have kids, live in the forest and have no stress...

Hide it - depending - on the level of grey? whether they want to change colour? slightly disguise it? what's the natural base?

It's a rather vague question which needs more info. x

Just choked on my tea laughing!
Wish I had thought to go live in the forest without the stress of people 😆 x

You can't stop it, its mostly genetic, but hairdressers make their fortunes disguising/covering it. :D

My bet is that the OP is a twenty something who just found her first grey hair and panicked!!!

Wait till you find greys elsewhere, then you got reason to freak!!!!

I wish I knew lol, I'm 28 and have to do my roots every 4 weeks, I think I'm about 30% grey now :(

A bloody good box of hair dye!!! Lol xxxxx

I have almost 60% gray hairs. I think now prevention is not possible but if i can disguise them with some tips that will be enough.

At 60% grey you definitely either need to go to a professional colourist in a salon, or go with the grey, it is very 'in' just now thanks to Kelly Osbourne and other celebs.

Im afraid u cant prevent grey, once the hair stops "doing part of its job" and producing colour pigment thats the end of that.
(this is hard to explain in laymans terms lol). Best thing to do is see a hairdresser for advice, they can work out how much grey u have and how best to disguise it if that is what you wish to do x
