i have only been doing nails at home for abou 1 month now.. just family and friend but tonight i had one of them book an appintment with me for a repair... she brought in her friend as i said i would only be able 15mins... i started to fit the tip and i looked like i was going to have a fit... i was shaking so badly that when i put the ball of acrlic i acidently flicked it off because i was shaking!! it was just so embarressing... i couldnt even use the drill as i thought i would cut her... what do you do if this happeneds... its not like i didnt know her because i have done her french refills twice but this time the smile line looked terrible

Dont let it put you off everyone has bad days, & im sure the more people you practise on the more your confidence will soar. Just take deep breaths and calm down, if you feel like this step out the room for a minute, ask them if they want a drink?? Just give yourself a minute, you know you can do it... youve done it before.

Dont let one bad attack of nerves get you down.Just stick in there girl it wont be long and everything will come naturally.

dont worry hun i did a brow wax once and took the middle of this womans eyebrow out:| , luckily she was really nice and just said dont worry ive got a pencil and it will grow back.
my confidence was shattered too, so i put a thread on the babtac site pleading for people to come forward and tell me i wasnt the only one that had done something like this. the response i got was unbelievable and really helped me as i was thinking maybe i wasnt cut out for this job after all.
the next brow wax was perfect even though it does take me a little while longer to do them now. if you want a giggle go have a look at some of the replies. www.babtac.com go into forums and its under feeling stupid!
