Please don't take this the wrong way but, please, do some chemistry and learn about bond cleavage etc before you spread your uninformed views on these forums. There are many newbies here that might believe what you have written.

Sorry, But I do take this the wrong way, and found it abit insulting.

I am going by my own opinion.

I am not making people believe me at all. This is what you assume. People who come on here are grown up enough to make up their own minds. I am pointing out my views on this matter, the same as you!

And my views are.... UV Gels will work in any UV Lamp!! I have seen it work fine myself and by other techs

This is what I'm afraid is misunderstood, it's not a matter of opinion... It's not a personal view, right or wrong, good or bad, it's a fact.

I do apologise if you feel insulted, for this was not my intention. Some people do use this site as a credible source of information, and I'm sure we'd all like to keep it credible.

Respect

Everyone is definitely entitled to their opinion, but in case you haven't read Doug Schoon's info on UV and LED it's worth the read. It's not his opinion it's science fact and research :)

thank you girls,i really use your advice and i"m happy that i don"t have to change the lamp because i just buyet{sorry my english is not to good in writing}.one more question my nails are not shine is because i cure the gel only 2 min?
Are you using Intense Seal or Ultra Seal to finish?

I trained with grafton international one 2 one training for IBD gel way back in 1999, an I was told for best results to use the IBD lamp, however if not using there lamp, any other lamp u need to double the curing times, which takes more time an time is money, so they advise u to buy there's in the long run. If your losing tips maybe it's your not building them up enough with the gel at the stress point nothing to do with the lamp curing ? U need to work with IBD gel an be trained by them I've used it for years an never had any problems. X

It is hard to fully understand the tone with reading and writing. So it's okay. And I am sorry I cam across harshly. I understand you have your views on this matter, as we all do :)

It is advised for best results to use ibd. But you can still use any uv lamp to cure it, and get good results. I have seen it for myself. No lifting, looks lovely and shiney and lasted well. So sometimes research isn't always 100% spot on. I never listen to the weather forecast either lol

100% agree
although to me gel is gel, and having to train with a certain brand is silly. Just my opinion.
