IBD gels

I bought a IBD gel kit from Sally's Beauty supply. I tried curing it with my 9watt lamp. It didn't cure? How long do I need to cure it in there? Then I tried my 45 watt lamp and it didn't cure it? How long in there? In the instructions it says that only an IBD lamp can cure ibd gels?

It was a kit from Sally's with the builder gel so hard gel I think...the lamps are uv.

I only use the gel polish so can't help you sorry! best thing to do is join IBD nail education forum on Facebook. One of the educators is always on there with advice x

I think I figured out why it wouldn't cure, my 45watt lamp is a LED...just noticed this today! Maybe if I cure it in the 9watt uv lamp longer?
