i have always used Wella but have been told igora is better for ash range. I have a client who has coloured her hair blonde (a very warm 9) we are looking to do a full head tint to darken slightly and remove warmth. Thinking 8.1 any advice apreciated

I wouldn’t say the ash would remove all warmth, sometimes you do need to lift more. without seeing it’s hard to judge, 1 means cendre 2 means ash. Remember due to ashes being much flatter they can look half a shade darker than warm colours.

I think Wella is amazing for cool shades have you tried Illumina? 8/69? Or 9/60 and 7/81
