Hi all, hope you can help as I'm fairly inexperienced and just moved over to schwartzkopf. All fine apart from toning with vibrance which I'm not having much luck with so far in terms of cancelling out warmth in blonde. I'm confused by the numbering and difference in cendre and Ash as I thought cendre was ash! and best combinations to use. I just can't quite get them to a nice ashy (not grey) blonde esp when they are a slightly darker blonde (not inside banana) to start with. I've mostly used 9. 1 and 9 5.1 or a mix with clear for very blonde but with limited success and wondering if I need to be looking at some 8.11 or 8.19 possibly. I would be grateful for some help and advise on what to try. I have a client for just a tone next week (I previously balayed 6 weeks ago but she wants more cool) and I'm not sure what to go for. Thank you. I've really got my knickers in a twist.
