I'm looking for a good supplier for hair products to replace Redken....

I currently stock Redken products and it looks god and sells well.... they have gave me so much trouble, and im so stressed out with trying to just place an order and get the products delivered.... so need a new supplier.....

Iv looked at other prfessional products but they dont seem as good- actual product and the look/packaging of the products aswell...


any1 have a good supplier/products ????

I have been with Redken for years, and find their customer service and delivery excellent.
Is it worth speaking to one of the head honcho's to try and find out what's going wrong, and get your problems sorted?

I know it's such a shame because they are a great product.... I keep phoning them and writing letters but no reply...?- I don't know if it's because I'm a small salon?

We had this problem with Tigi.. Fab products.. Crap customer service! We are now looking to replace them in our salon

Totally agree on that one, service is diabolical and another price increase in April!! Thinking of selling all my stock and replacing with something else.

Redken phoned me today actually... They are willing to improve apparently but still even on the phone- their customer care wasn't met but they are just a great product.

Iv got wella coming in to show me their product- they sound good but would still rather Redken- don't know what to do!

Can't get much better than that! Wish I could stock redken but I just dont have the right salon :-/

hi not sure if this will help as not sure they could get a rep into see you but you could try salon focus atherton manchester stockist of italian brand Alfaparf the products are amazing really good variety smells divine and may well be exclusive in your area there number is 01942 886000 but like i said they may not be able to get a rep to you but worth a phone call.xx if you call say lorna say heeeelllllloooooo.xxxx
