To start off: Iam not a professional!
I joined this site for good professional advice on different types of systems and techniques because i am sick and tierd of tierd of the salons in my town(very small town).
Out here in this Swedish town an acrylic lengthening(i do not know if that is the correct english term) in the towns best known, most visited and alsoe who has been in buisness the longest any lentghening treatment costs 99,50 dollars (with todays exchange) that is 725 swedish kronor. And the quality?
I did my nails on tuesday and on wednsday i got a fever and influensa like symptoms and just laid in bed. While just being home and ill, no dishing, 4 showers in 6 days my nails just fell off!
turn on the light switch and my thumb nail just fell of from the minimal pressure it takes to turn on the light. And it just progressed so now 6 days has passed and i have four somewhat good looking nails left(i am removeing them this afternoon).
And now the point of all this?
I am very skilled with anything technical, builing and so on and i am sure of that i can manage to do my own nails. So i now need advice and tips on different brands of product, sites, tips EVERYTHING that could come in handy for someone who wants to do her own nails. No need in doing them myself if i use bad products. So please, tips and trics!
i will be ever so greatful!
Regards Sarah
