I must be honest and say ive not used the infrazone/climasone before but have purchased one from a friend of a friend. When i turn it on the lamps come onand glow red...then after a minute or two they go off and do not come back on, that is on the treatment setting. On the drying setting the lamps do not glow at all. As I didnt get any instructions Ijust hoped that someone here who uses them could tell me if this is correct or if the unit is indeed faulty.
There is a plus and minus handle at the top of the unit Im presuming that is temperature but it appears to make no difference
