Hi all
Just need abit of advice
I work for a salon on a commission
30% of my profits go to the salon owner
Or I potentially could pay the £40 day rate if my 30% profits exceed £40
Is it fair for the salon owner to still take 30% commission off my deposits paid by the client, if the client has not shown up. I haven’t used the facilities or the chair. So I don’t see how this is fair.
