Hi hair geeks, just looking a little advice...
Is this company genuine?

I bought wefts of it & the hair looks & feels gorgeous (even now, 5months later), to me it is the real deal. I go to one lady to get them sewn in but she's not a hairdresser & my own hairdresser (who does my cut & colour, but he doesn't do extensions). My hairdresser thought they were real & noted that you had to really work the colour in when he put a colour on my hair. I've had fibre extensions before & they def don't feel anything like that.
But they have matted on me to the point that I can't use them again, the extension lady had to put in some of her own hair in & while it looks ok now it doesn't feel half as nice as the russian hair & you can tell that it won't last that long before looking tatty. Maybe I didn't look after the hair properly & this has caused the matting? but I have looked after them as I was told to. I did notice that the hair would not curl well, but could this have been down to the fact they were poker straight to begin with & weight of the hair? it was 20" in length?
The lady has suggested that there is fibre mixed through the hair & this is why it has matted so badly & that she will order me in Brazilian hair & it will be good quality & curl well
Any advice? :o
