thats exactly what i did, and she said it would be perfectly fine but not forgetting her toning them way before installation, ive been to a hair specialist and she said noway could the conditioner based hair colour ruin it as its just veg oils? ....

Directions isn't just veg oils, have a look at the ingredients list - list of sulphates and alcohol in them. Obviously no where near as damaging as they are temporary colours, but still contain chemicals

At the end of the day, the tech should have explained to you colouring them would void warranty. The fitting doesn't look great and hair thin as previously pointed out by another Geek. BUT I'm afraid that I don't think TS will do anything as you have coloured them, whether or not your tech has told you you shouldn't have done it.

Did you sign a consultation form or receive a set of aftercare instructions?

I had my great lengths bleached and the company said you could do that with that hair and I had no problems at all and they lasted 6 months before I needed them taking out and re-doing
