what solution do you usually use, just wondering what you are comparing it to? I dont find the 12 to be too light to be honest. dont forget to tip the bottle up and down a bit before you fill your gun.

You could try the booster drops, that would take it darker for you.

we use 12 a lot in the salon and our customers go dark with it, in fact, am wearing it myself! maybe its a case of skin type you applied it to , but I couldnt say for sure. my business partner is fairer than me and she doesnt go as dark as i do with it. a 10 looks lovely on her and i use the 10 in the winter, but switch to 12 once the sun comes out!

Hiya,

Yes the 12% is dark enough but i wouldnt av said overly dark....my point was about the 10/10.5, bein lighter than i'd expect. may not av worded it very well due to the alcohol consumption !! Lol!!! The 12% is nice but find the 10 fairly light. i am still in the process of comparing other brands myself and gettin feedback from clients they seem to like the 12! Someone has recommended solglo and said the sun kissed one is 8% and is a good colour, have you tried this one at all? I haven't tried it yet but am hoping to.

sorry hon, i was confused but am with you now,

10 % i would say is similar to fake bake original, we use that one in the salon too and the look is similar. have you tried the la gold? its a bit darker than the 10% but more golden. its a nice tan.

we sell far more 12% than either the 10% or the fake bake in the spring and summer, its very popular. i havent tried the solglo or the sun kissed to be honest, get some samples and have a play, and also consider those booster drops!

Yes i will do, sun kissed is from solglo. I am happy with the 12 tho but am still receiving samples and trying out other solutions. Yes I also have the la gold, and it is a more natural glow isnt it, maybe better for the winter months, suppose its all about the affect the client wants, few of my clients are young and like an obvious but not dodgy orange tan.
