I am wanting to know whether if someone has thin hair whether it would be a good idea to use a la weave weft? I don't want to add to much strain to her natural hair but she is looking to achieve thickness, I was thinking of using 90 grams weft but then I am scared it wont be enough hair but I think 180 grams will be far too much? Help

I'd use a 90g weft on someone with thin hair for thickness but I wouldn't use anymore.

For all over thickness with like 150 grams of hair on thin hair id go for mini tips / Tini tips or fusion bonds but will use a lighter weight so if there hair is supper thin I'd use 0.5 g strands instead of 1g

I actually find la weaves are completely fine on thin hair! As long as you take larger sections through each ring and don't leave any gaps between rings the weight will be nice and evenly distributed.. Done it on plenty of people who say it's a lot more comfortable then any individual methods on their hair!

180 grams here, and she loves it and says it really comfortable!

If you put in 180g how do u make sure they wefts don't show through there hair and not make it too bulky on there when u double weft? Cx

On there hair when you double weft **

I have the finest hair ever and not loads of it and I have a 150g weft plus 60 itips with no problems at all, i get on better with a weft than individuals xx

In this case I just painted the colour I used on her roots when I did her colour on the top of the wefts before she came for fitting, that way even when the wefts are actually exposed you still can't see them! I also just keep them quite low in the head and I go from temple to nape to temple x

Completely agree with this comment. I've always found it fine aswell. If your worried or the client is worried about any slippage I suggest using silicone rings aswell as following the above comment
