Lash shedding

i don’t know what is going on but my clients lashes aren’t staying. There’s two specific clients who never used to have retention issues and now they are texting me a week later saying they are shedding like crazy. It’s getting frustrating because I obviously keep doing complimentary fills on them because i don’t know what’s causing it. I’ve been doing lashes for 2 years. I know it’s the spring lash cycle right now but any suggestions? The only thing both of them have in common is that they have both started working out hardcore but I’ve advised them to wash them on the days they have a butt kicking workout so I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or what

I can't help but we are experiencing the same problem, and clients just dont seem to see understand x
