Hi guys, can anyone shed any light on this? I really want to go into something that's to do with teaching, I was going into a TAQUA course, and they have now postponed it until September. And may be taking it off the cirriculum. I am struggling to find that course anywhere round me, can anyone offer me any advice. Thank you x

What is your current situation and experience?

If you haven't done any teaching at all yet you would be better starting with a PTLLS course.
Once you have this you can then be with learners and start your assessing course.

I have been self employed renting above a salon for 5 years. Brilliant right I will have a look for that, thanks for your reply. Any other advice would be much appreciated. I just know I want to be doing some sort of teaching in college eventually. Thank you

Is PTTLS, for lecturing also? Xxxx

Ptlls is now called level 3 award in education and training.

To level up from this you also have the level 4 certificate in education and training and then the level 5 diploma in education and training. Doing this will make you a fully qualified teacher for adult education.
