LED or UV lamp?

Helllp!! I'm looking for opinions on what lamp is best UV or LED? I have used both lamps and I'm finding my gel polish is lasting longer when cured in a UV lamp for 2mins.

When cured in LED for 30secs I'm having it chip within a week and do exactlly the same prosess with prep and application.

It depends what polish you're using as not can be cured in LED. You need to use the lamp that your polish manufacturers recommend.
