7AM you have got to be kidding i dont get up till at least 8am! and as i dont work mondays it will be 9am.

If its 7 pm WHAT ABOUT EMMERDALE.???? Oh ok, I'll come on line just before, and log on, then pop back to emmerdale and leave the computer running. Then pop back in the break at 7.15. (I am not addicted, honest).
