So would 12/0 have the same affect but slightly stronger then?

I've used both , and was pleased, until later on,goes brassy unfortunately. I was so exciting when I got told about it. Its not too bad on lighter colors , like a 8.
 
I wish I'd read this earlier I had my sis in lv4 global she would have loved me to try this, when u say goes brassy do u mean gradually lightens & goes brassy? Or goes from say browney tones to copperey?

After a few washes goes from a lighter brown to a brassy shade. It is a warm shade straight off, but acceptable.
 
I prefer to use 10/ in illumina ️xx

As far as I'm aware its only wella. Its a special little formula they add in. You'd have to ring your manufacturer and find out. Some highlifts will do the same too though.
