Hi

My hairdresser has advised me to use Loreal Symbio in my hair. A couple of months ago I got balyage and it went horribly wrong for me. My new hairdresser suggested I use these as they are only semi and all plant extracts which are good for my hair. I purchased one today but there are no instructions with it. Do I use the whole bottle which is 70ml? And leave on for 10/15? Any advice would be greatly appreciated thank
