Making red brown, redder?

My moms hair is a red brown ( 6rr 75 percent and 6rb 25 percent) we don't do pre lightening because she can't sit for long periods of time. Anyways can anyone tell me if I put a rr Demi over it, will that help make it even redder or will it just make her color look even darker? Please help I'm still learning.

If you are using the same base it will refresh the tone however I would suggest applying to towel dried hair and visually develop so not the full development time as it will grab on more porous or treated hair, hope this helps!

So would you say there is no point to putting it on after newly processed hair?
