I have my first manicure client tomorrow, I will be using Ibd nail lacquer. Once I have painted her nails how long do you suggest I wait until the client leaves? As I am worried her nails will smudge if she leaves before the polish is fully dry! X

Get her to pay before you paint and get her keys and coat ready/on. Then send her on her way after painting. Just tell her to be careful not to smudge.

Get yourself a Seche Vite fast dry top coat.
Works wonders, nails are dry so much faster than pretty much anything else I've tried!

Thank you! Does this work on top of any polish? Also can you recommend another brand of polish I can use for manicure other than my Ibd lacquer. X

Yes it goes on top of almost everything (not Vinylux)
I like OPI, but I also use China Glaze when I find a polish I can't resist to. Also Essie because it's very popular here, although I much prefer the others.
CND are also amazing. CND Vinylux is a special professional system that doesn't require base coat.
Also CND Creative Play which was only recently launched is your usual laccquer.

Nubar Nail Art stripers for nail art.

Choose a brand and stick to it. Google their colors and just go with whatever you find more convenient to you concerning their range of colors, ability to find and price
