Marcel waves

I'm looking for tongs/curlers to easily and quickly create marcel waves. Having a lot of requests for these for wedding hair recently. Does anyone reccomend a favourite type?
I tried looking for the type that I've seen (mainly american) celebrity stylists using, they have a gold barrel, but I don't know the make and can't seem to find any, anyone know what I'm on about?

Im not sure of the tongs your looking for but babyliss pro conical wands are fab for creating this sort of look. I use the widest one i think its 19 - 32ml. Wrap wide sections around the wand, leave to cool and then smooth through with abit of serum. Your left with lovely waves which you can then style and detail to create your desired look! The waves really last and are quick to do!

If your looking for a tong though the babyliss pro ceramic dial a heat ones are also good, they have a range of sizes but my faves are 24 and 32ml

I think you're looking for a waving iron? It's got a big barrel in the middle I've got one but actually find the technique above better and more effective it may take longer but it looks better!
