Matrix colour

Hi everyone!

I’m looking at changing from Wella to Matrix!
Has anyone done this before ?
Can anyone tell me the main differences?
I know that the colouring system is letters and numbers, if anyone could tell me what the letters stand for it would help!

I will get training eventually but just want to make sure I like the products before I go all out
