Matrix extra coverage

I usually use l'oreal 7.1 and 7 with 20 vol to kill her red but I found as she was going more grey it wasn't covering aswell. So I Changed to matrix 506n and 20 vol to cover e grey but it hasn't covered the grey at all and hasnt killed any red at all. I openly admitted to her and she was fine about it but now I am stuck? Plzzzzzz can u help. She hates warmth and is about 80% grey

Upgrade to dream age you will have no problems, how did you mix it? It should cover what's her base shade?

Shud I use 6na? In dream age. I mixed 15 ml of product to a little less peroxide so it was a but stronger. I feel really disheartned as I love l'oreal and everyone raves about matrix bt feel let down x

You need to mix precisely the same! What's her base?

Well when I worked in a matrix salon they said to make it a bit stronger if very grey. She is a base 6

No not at all! Incorrect. Use precise measurements, use10 vol with extra coverage and 20 vol with dream age x

Definitely dream age! with 20vol 6na

Id use the dream age, but you know you can use the coloursync extra coverage ranges just aswel. The coverage is just as nice. Plus when it fades out, the retouch is bit easier if its 80% grey. xoxo

I've never found a place for this is my salon :s as its limited shades x
