So a client had pre lightened Hair , used a silver shampoo she brought on high street.. pic below.. her hair went teal and pinky .. we bleach cleansed no peroxide and it went brighter green .. anyone come across this ?? The product has been taken off shelves, but I’m thinking it must contain metallic salts do do this ??

No, I don’t think it’s got anything to do with metallic salts.

It’s a dilute version of a direct dye (like all coloured/purple shampoos) so your bleach will have caused it to stain the cuticle layer. Ideally you should have used a remover designed for direct dyes. You could try using a permanent clear with 6% to see if it shifts at all, but if the cuticle layer is stained (often the case with heavily bleached hair), you will probably have to neutralise/cover over it.
