Help! Because of recommendations on here I have contacted Millenium Nails on 5 occassions via their website and phoned them twice asking for a trade catalogue. It has been about 5 weeks in total and stil no catalogue ~ anyone else have a problem with them or dont they like me? :sad:

i have tryed to get a catalogue a few times but nothing, not a sausage so dont take it to heart hun they dont like me either, lol

hmmm how odd? i have dealt with them in the past and they have been very good? perhaps ring em and have a rant or see what you want on the website then ring for trade prices.

i've never had a problem with them. try calling them again, they sent me a catalogue through within 2 days.

i placed my first order with them 2 weeks ago and also within 2 days it was sent to me.

i'd call them if i were you, maybe they've taken your address down wrong or something. its worth checking.

Hmm, I was going to say, I never heard from them via the website either so like Ang says, if its under construction, maybe that's the problem with that issue. However, as you've phoned them twice too, maybe call them again and say you are asking for the third and final time now!

Ive used them in the past no problems at all, got my trade book from the london show in march, and the order was here within 2 days aswell.

Have just phoned Millenium again and asked if there had been a catalogue sent out as this was now my 3rd call. The gentleman said 'oh no we wouldnt send out to you it would need to go throught the scottish office'. Great did no one think to mention that earlier?
