Mirror/ chrome nail powder help

Hi,

I bought some pots of chrome powder (from saint nails) had really good reviews etc, but I cannot get it on the nails. I have put it on top of gel polish with a non wipe top coat after curing and it just seems to come off when I rub it in.
Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong?

You normally put it over the top coat not over the colour . Try part curing the top gel then apply the chrome , finish curing and then apply another coat of top gel
