Missing necklace in salon

Would the salon's insurance not cover this? that is a shocking amount of money and as Lucy-Ann ays what was she thinking leaving a £400 necklace about for ppl to steal? If she left it at your salon she can't have been that attached to it in the first place. If I had something that expensive I would either love it and never take it off or I'd love it and never wear it in case I buggered it up and lost it!Lx
