I am after a mobile hairdreser in Norfolk ( or shop based provided it isn't too far from IP26 area ) who can hopefully create my dream hairdo!
i wanta Rihanna cut ( with the shaved on one side thing ) but I think I want to go blonde and have some really bright colour slices at the front?
Can anyone advise on how easy this is to do, how to tell if I will suit blonde inthe first place and on how to find a good, reputable HD who can dothis and maintain it without it costing me the earth!
My last HD charged me £75 for a cut and colour with slices of purple which lasted maybe 3 days!
