Hey Geeks!!!

Just wondering if you guys do anything for regular client birthdays? I have consultation forms with the birthday on so i can keep on track if it is someones birthday...

I was thinking maybe offer a bottle of bucks fizz, Take some nice glasses along...

Anyone do anything for clients??

I have a select few clients that I do bother with on there birthdays,and I often take them a bottle of wine, and some flowers,or some choccies,or 1 of my fave clients had a b.day last week,and i made her a little pamper pack specialised to her, she was really chuffed!!

p.s, i think its great that you take there birth dates down, great customer service : )

Hii, i usually take a card & some nice flowers to my regulars on their birthdays!x

I take note of all clients birthdays and send out 20% birthday cards.

I would be wary about giving out alcohol. You never know if they're recovering alcoholics, don't drink...
