I loved wearing my flip-flops and probabily have a round 15 pairs but i can no longer wear them as i have suffered achilies tendonitis for near on 2 years now and things have got that bad docs are concidering surgery.:irked:

I now have to wear sensible shoes with a heel or hight sole or wear insert to raise my own heel, also have to have a full shoe with velcro over the top of my foot to give support.:cry:

Its a real downer as eveyone shows off their tootsies and i have mine covered....I HATE SUMMER!!!!

I love 'em too.

I have only got about 5 pairs at the moment. One pair is silver glitter and I love them, but they are worn out, so I'll be looking to replace them, I might buy 2 pairs of them as they are so lush.

I love a bit of bling so the sparkly the better.....I'm off to join the group:lol:

I lolled at this thread! I also have more than enough pairs of flip flops - ok who am I kidding?? You can't have MORE than enough pairs! Havaianas are also my brand of choice. Managed to get a limited edition pair last year (as seen on Jennifer Aniston in Grazia mag...) And today? YIPPEE - it was warm enough to wear them

Nope, not a pair to be seen in the Calla household!
I find that they don't give enough support under my arches so they're not comfortable. When I wear backless mules etc in the summer I find that my heels get very dry. I loathe it when I see people whose heels are in a shocking state; makes me want to get my microplane out on them!

I'm only just getting back into buying them, I gave them up for a few years cos hubbie always manages to step on the backs of them!:lol:
.........but they're so comfy and you can get some real snazzy ones.

Ha Ha Ha my hubby does this too and then gets my evil death stare! Although if he wears flip flops on holiday he manages to trip himself up and i feel it's karma!

Keep wearing the flip flops! Oh & pay people like me for hollywood toes for the wow factor!

I got a pair of these at the manchester beauty show

these are the comfiest pair I have ever had, I bought 3 pairs this colour, black and white, and all black they have they have a post that goes through each toe and they never slip.
