Hi,

I put a full set of L&P onto a customer last week who was a nail biter her nils were extremely short, but I managed by shaping tips and careful blending, they looked pretty good when Ide finished the only problem being that you could faintly see the line of the natural nail through the acrylic???? why why why??

any help would be gratefully received/ Nikki.xx

Hiya, whenever I do enhancements on a nail biter I always use a camouflage powder to extend the nail bed therefore disguising the natural smile line. Creative's Flawless Pink powder is specifically designed for the job, and can be mixed with other powders to alter the colour.

As the client's nails grow behind the enhancement you can then move to a more classic transparent pink.

I'm a nail biter, always have been and always will be (unless I'm wearing nails), so have had the same problem.

What pink did you use? Due to the nai bed being so short you normally have to use a pinker shade to hide any imperfections, until her nails have grown. I'm currently wearing Akzentz new coverage gel for the same reason.
