Hi all I'm wanting to buy a nail drill, I've been looking at the nsi upower 200 but it's out of my budget at the moment :( can anyone recommend a good one that isn't as expensive please? Would be much appreciated xx

I'd recommend not to buy a budget drill. I bought one for my training course and got a chance to use a Kupa on the course and there's a huge difference. I ended up buying one so now have 2!
My client could feel a big difference between them too

I bought cheap one but I use it only for filing down hard gels/ acrylics. I am not using on natural nail. It does its job. For just now. Will be looking into getting better one later on.

I will only be using it for acrylics but I want a good one, I may just have to save up. I always believe in buy cheap buy twice but 400 is far too much at the minute for me. Ive never heard of that one ciderella71, how much was that if you don't mind me asking xx

Nsi sell the Kupa ones, that's the one you've been looking at [emoji4]
My own recommendation would be to wait until you can get one. The budget one does the job and it felt fine to use until I tried the Kupa. I feel much more comfortable and in control using it as there is less vibration.
I bought this one

Although someone previously pointed out you may be best buying it direct from Nsi for maintenance.
Do remember to also budget for training if you haven't already done it X

I'm so sorry I've just seen your comment, I didn't realise it was the same lol oops! I think I am going to wait until I do my course then it also gives me time to save. I'm just getting a little worried as my clients are picking up and my timing isn't

Your timing will pick up the busier you get. Ideally it's the application that will reduce your timing and not filing. My timing for infills and removals has reduced a lot since I used the efile but not my L&P appointments.

The quality of my application is improving if that makes sense but I'm still taking as long. I take 2 hours to do a full set with Polish or gelicure is that normal for newly qualified? I really want to get my timing down to attract more clients and earn more but I want them to be quality too, not rushed x
