What are these things im seeing alot off people taking there photos with like a branded mat of there salon logos on

If I understand what you are talking about...I make my own mat to work on, it wipes off super easy and saves my work station... Use any art program or copy paste just about anything off the web (or your own logo), use card stock paper to print it out on, and laminate it. I already have all that artsy stuff on hand, but if you don't ... The paper is easy to get and you can use it on any ink jet printer, and Office Max or similar place, will laminate it for you if you don't have your own.

I just created mine on my laptop using normal paper and laminated it, really effective and wipes clean

Not at all. I suggested awhile ago after I had a test roll done. I had one roll printed so I could put it under the glass panel of my nail desk, and had more than enough left over to wrap my file cup and a pack of pencils with. Looks nice when I'm penciling in bookings haha

Just make sure your logo is a high resolution file so it doesn't get all pixelated
