I’m new to IBX and I’m having trouble with 2 issues
(1) I’ve bought a nail polish drier to dry the first coat of IBX, which emits a stream of cool air (no heat just cool air). Will this be suitable to dry the IBX

(2) when the IBX instructions say to cleanse after curing, what type of cleanser do they mean. Is this the same as a nail residue remover that you would use after a gel treatment or do they mean cleanse with something you would use to soak off old gel. IM CONFUSED. Any advice would be most helpful!!

Why didn't your rep give you a day workshop on training before selling it to you ???
IBX needs heat so the nail drier won't work .
In my country gelish are the distributor for IBX so they sold me Harmoney nail cleanser .

She may be tipping the hand to one side or the other and causing the gel to pool in one area. One remedy is to have the customer start curing by turning her hand upside down under the light for the first ten to 15 seconds. After 10 to 15 seconds, turn the hands upright and continue curing for the amount of time required for your gel product. Also, during application, use a thin line of gel down the center of the nail and brush it out using one or two strokes.
