Hi Geeks,

I am starting to do stamping and have tried a couple of cheaper stampers and really not got on with them. Can anyone recommend a decent stamper that you have found works well please?

Thanks in advance :)

There are so many different stampers out there, jelly, sticky, round, rectangular etc., and everyone will have their own personal favourite.

I've been using the one from MoYou London, which came in a set when I first started out with stamping, and it's excellent. I've now though just purchased the Yours stamper from Sweet Squared, but have yet to try it out so can't comment.

Yeah, it is very personal. I couldn't get on with the square sticky marshmallow kind of stamper I first got from MoYou London, now I use their Crystal Clear one and I get on really well with it.

I agree, but some brand options your could look at are MoYou, FabUrNails, Nail Artisan, Yours.

It will also really depend on what you are wanting to do, if you are looking for something where you will be focusing on exact placement you would need a clear stamper (in general clear stampers are more delicate than others and it's often not recommended for everyday use), if you are new to stamping marshmallow (or quite squishy) stampers are going to be your best bet. Sticky stamper heads are usually better for beginners because they are much easier to pick up with (however some people don't get on with them and are grossed out by their stickiness).

I've just had a couple of the starry sky stampers come in from BornPretty (which I'd ordered several months ago - and they have just now arrived) but they actually work really well, and for the minimal money I paid for them I'm not complaining
