I can not get the polish to stick to the stamper & have tried everything...Wtf! Any tips...? In demented lol XXX

Are you using a stamping polish?

Are you working quickly enough?

Is your stamper dusty/if you've just wiped your stamper is it too damp to pick up?

^ wss
Also, not all stamping polishes work with every stamper out there! You need to do some testing, see what works best with what.
Which is why most of us have lots of stampers and lots of polishes to test with.

I have a variety of size & shape stampers from different companies and I have always used Cnd Scrub fresh to wipe the stamper head, stamping plate & scraper on all these brands without problem. As mentioned above, allow to dry.
I use Konad stamping polishes which dry super fast and again never a problem with this brand.

The only time I have found a design not transferring well is when I tried to stamp on the new CND Duraforce top coat so now I stamp onto the Xpress or original top coat which are fine. I can still then use Duraforce as the final layer if needed for that client.

I watched a tutorial on YouTube and it said to lightly scuff up your stamper with a fine grit buffing block first to prime it, since doing this to mine it picks up the pattern perfectly [emoji4]

I've been wanting to try stamping for a while but wasn't aware you had to use stamping polish. I tried it with normal polish once and it didn't work! I'm guessing you couldn't do it with gellux?! (Sorry for the simple question)!

You need to use a highly pigmented polish or alternatively, ones specifically for stamping such as MoYou London or Konad.

Stamping with gel polish isn't ideal to be honest.

I didnt think it would be after I failed so many times with normal polish!! I might have to buy some of the brands you mentioned! Thanks Noodle

Yes don't use gel polish. Exposure on the skin to uncured gel can cause allergies.

I love nail polish stamps great, the color paints from opi so too. :)
I love the squishy stamper from twinkledT it's clear too. Super easy to use
