Nail varnish

Hi there I've been practising nail art on my own nails just with normal nail varnish and it just won't last like a day and it has chipped why is this which ever brand I try it still happens

You could try using acrylic paint for the art

Not a dumb question atall, I asked the same at first! Just the acrylic paint you get from the art & hobby shop

I use acrylic paints and you can get a variety of colours in small tubes in some book stores to start up with. I get mine from the art shops and they last for years so a good investment. They dry quick and the art stays put when a clear top coat is applied.:lol:
