I have spoken to Nigel (the publisher) this morning regarding some of you who have not yet received their copy of 'nailclass'.
First of all can I assure you that each and every one of you who has ordered has had their order processed, signed, packed and shipped. Apparently Royal Mail has not yet delivered the batch sent out on the 11th August and still some from the 8th August!! Disgusting as every book was sent by registered Post.
If you have not yet received your copy, then Nigel suggests the following.
Could you please email [email protected] quoting the day of order and the 4 digit number with any queries - as to sort through over 200 mailing receipts is time consuming. Books will normally be delivered in 5 working days and although we are sorry, we can't be responsible for postal delays.
He is doing everything he can to get Royal Mail to rectify things speedily.
