Nails help please

I did a full ser on a young lady been a week tomorrow. If u look at the polish u can see its the shape of the nail/cuticles. No lifting at all. But why do they look like they need fills already??

Just guessing, but either you painted too far from the cuticle area or she has fast growing nails, or a combo of both.
