Hey!
Is it the same tech, and she's using the same products and same method as before? If yes to all these, then it could perhaps be something else going on. For example, if you're usually on medication, have you changed this recently, or stopped taking it/started taking it?
Are you wearing your enhancements longer than you should perhaps?
If you have a naturally deep C curve and your natural nails are as long as the acrylic itself, then perhaps your own nail underneath is kind of curling away from the enhancement (I worded that very clumsily, I hope you understood). In such cases (I'm such a case) every once in a while when the natural nail has grown out, it could be beneficial to just cut the tip of the enhancements off and build that out again, so there's no natural nail underneath.
Also if your hands are in water a lot as a hair dresser, this could be affecting it as well, and you should wear gloves in these cases.
Are you using cuticle oil every day? If not, I'd recommend buying an oil from your nail tech, and using it every day. When your nails becomes too dry they don't be flexible enough for the material anymore, it can contribute to lifting and cracking.
Hopefully you can troubleshoot this with your nail tech and see what's happening.
