Natural red hair to blonde

hi this is my first post just wondering if anyone can help i have red tones in my hair and been colouring it a 9.0 base or sometimes 8.0 with bleach highlights lately tho i have left the bleach foils and just had an all over 10.01 wella koleston but my hair is still ginger especially the underneath of my hair which does,nt seem to take at all then the red just comes back inbetween the highlights only last 2wks and it goes orange again have used the touch of silver shampoo does help a bit anyone got any suggestion to get rid of the red wanted a cooler blonde shade koleston 12/61 has been suggested can anyone help many thanks.x

Id use a colour with ash tones which is slightly green to tone down the red undertones.

Have u tried maji blonde? think it is something like a 9.0s its the lightest I have manage to get hair with out bleach, and using 9%.

I havent done hair for a while, so I am not sure what else is about atm :o xx
