Need a suitable Shampoo etc

Hello...

I have no idea about hair (I have come over from Skin Geek)
I need a new shampoo, conditioner and serum treatment!!
I have dry thick hair which I tint every 8 weeks.
I want to have soft voluminous moisturised hair please
Also I keep getting these little yellow balls on my scalp... I would say its like the sort of thing you would get if you squeezed a hard pimple? I wouldnt say it was dandruff as it isnt flakey however sometimes its noticable, sometimes its on the root of my hair and sometimes it can be scratched off the scalp? Any idea what this is?

Any feedback and recommendations on shampoo and that would be great xx

The scalp issue is a mild reaction to the products you are currently using. Always make sure you rinse well.

I can also vouch for indigo website - ordered shampoo and also dermalogica from them and delivery is very prompt.

I use redken smooth down on my hair and love it but Persianista knows her stuff on products so her advice will be spot on. X
