Need advice on my blonde hair!

so I recently bleached and toned my hair. The bleaching process went fine and my hair turned a beautifully even neon yellow haha. But the problem was I guess I wasn't paying attention when I grabbed the toner and got the Wella Pale Blonde toner instead of the Wella Light Ash Blonde toner. Which I didn realize until it was to late and my hair is now a pale yellow. Which I hate. How would I get to the Light Ash Blonde? Put the right toner on? Or get a high lift Light Ash Blonde hair color?
