Good morning! I am not a nail professional, but have been getting Brisa Gel nails for the past 3yrs, and haven't had ANY problems with lifting until recently. I relocated to another State & am seeing someone new, and am losing at least one nail, sometimes two within a week of having my nails done. I'm trying to help her problem-solve, and am looking for written instructions on application of the Brisa Gel nail system. Would someone be willing to share them?

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!

Your technician can download product sheets from cnd.com but she has to register with them first. To be honest your tech should be making the effort to troubleshoot not you the client.
Your tech will have covered the application techniques in her training so perhaps she could call her educator for advice?

I don't disagree that she should be trouble-shooting, but she's not...Unfortunately, she appears to be the only gel nail tech in this area that use these products.

Any help that anyone would be willing to provide would be greatly appreciated!!

I wouldn'tbe very impressed if a client turned up trying to tell me how to do my job. If you are unhappy with her work then vote with your feet, surely there must be other techs nearby

I wouldn't either - that wouldn't be very kind of me to do. My former nail tech is no longer with the previous salon, and my new one asked if she thought there was a step she was missing, and what did my previous tech do differently that she's not. My intent is to read the steps on my own and see if anything is different.

Thank you for your input Trinity.

I failed to mention, that I have called numerous salons around town & it appears that she is the only one here. Unfortunately, this is a very small town & I don't know anyone here.

Then get your tech to register with CND.

I use Brisa gel & it's fab never had any problems & it's lovely to work with!! If it's the odd nail & no problems with any others, being objective I would perhaps suggest it's you or the length of your enhancement. Or if your having problems with all of them, lifting etc, it may well be her application. Is she using a SPARING application of brisa bond & curing it?

Have you recently started any medication?

I'd still be finding a different tech...why on earth would you ask a client if you missed a step in what is supposed to be your profession?!? Even if you thought you did, you'd ask your colleagues, Google, your tutor, anyone but not your client. I smell a rat
