Need help with haircare routine, please

Okay long story short & I'll keep this as short as possible.. I use to get my hair highlighted pretty blonde for over a year my natural colour has been described many times as mousy brown along the crown of my head(roots) but darker lengths.. I haven't highlighted in over 6 months so my roots are VERY bad, my hair was so healthy Fealing until about a month ago now it's dull and seems very dry at the moment.. I'm getting a full head blonde highlights this week and it's time now get some good hair care products so recommendations would be brill lol!
I already have;
Redken Extreme shampoo, conditoner, Cat protein treatment., Redken all soft conditoner, Joico kpak intense hydrator, and kerastase nutritive irosomie masquintese cheveuax epais - I don't use these right now but have them for when I start bleaching again.. Any other recommendations would be great?

Oh and also... I have about 3/4 regrowth and the highlighted ends lol.. When I get a full head will it come out Ok? I want go blonder but will the regrowth come out uneven to the ends? :| cause I will be going to a different hair salon.... thanks, sorry for very bad grammar :B

Moroccan oil is a good leave in treatment. When using K-pak make sure to condition after it and only use it every 2-4 weeks it has keratine protein in it which is awesome but can be too much of a good thing when over proteined causing brittle hair!

Yes roots will match the ends typically.
