Need help with questions!

i have 2 questions I just don't know what to write or even how to word it, it's driving me insane!
A- why is it important to record clients' responses to questing.

B- describe the significance of client questioning and of recording clients responses.

I've been doing this booklet for hours my minds gone black!

Welcome to the site . I am afraid though that I doubt very much people will give you the answers to your assignment questions as we make it a policy not to do your work for you .

BUT to give you some advice . Approach the questions from another angle - I don't like the way they have worded the questions though (Bit 'pompous lol ) and the way they have makes it seem more than it actually is .

WHY are you doing a client consultation ( as that is in fact what it is ) .and what is the purpose of it ?

When you know the answer to those questions you should then be able to expand and answer the two questions above .

That SHOULD be enough for you to work out what you need to say and good luck
