Hello guys,
I really need a professional opinions on this. I searched and searched but could not find what I am exactly looking for so here I am.
I recently went to a nail shop and got my nails(Gel) done.
After applying nail polish, she left so much of nail polish on all of my cuticle area as well as skin of finger tips.
In order to remove the overly painted nail polish, she used cuticle nipper.
After the visit, my skin got infected for a few days.
Did she do a right way to clean the nail polish?

Do you know what kind of gel was used? Gel polish, hard gel etc.

You mention she left so much polish on the cuticle and use a nipper to remove them (remove what exactly? The polish? The cuticle? The eponychium?)

Would you mind repeating/rephrasing your last question, I'm unsure if you are possibly asking how to remove polish? Gel?

Yes, she removed the polish from the finger skin.
I just want to know if what she did is a right way to remove overly painted nail polish around nails

No that is not the correct way. Ideally no polish would even touch the skin in the first place. However if it does it should be removed prior to curing with remover on a wipe or brush.

Thank you for your reply.
It might be a weird question.... Do you know if this knowledges is what every nail technicians would learn from school/professional course?

Of course. I can't imagine any half decent trainer teaching this nipper method. It sounds as though application wasn't spot on, and for whatever reason she didn't notice it until cured. In that instance the client could be advised that it would come off the skin by the end of the day anyway with hand washing. Certainly wouldn't ever use nippers.
