Iv got the password sorted but the video wont start its just got the flower thing in the middle wirling around...i tried yesterday and today but still the same is there anything i can do to make it start please?

You have to sign up, the sign up option is in the main navigation. sign up and u get an email thru in minutes saying welcome to the site your password is:

simple as that.
